2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Refund Amount: The refund will exclude the PKR 250 shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card) or offered as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
